1998 February - WRX Ra Track day car

Well modified from standard, this car is a good starting point for a further serious set of mods. Fitted with a rotated and angled SR20 [ PE 1420 ] turbo and up pipe / downpipe set, the car makes serious horsepower. The transmission is original RA, but with added Cusco front and rear LSD's fitted. It has a Cusco ' Rocket ' clutch for maximum grip off the line and gear shifting. Full Cusco Zero 2 suspension, High pressure fuel pump from Power enterprises. The alloy custom made radiator has been angled and lowered to improve air flow. It has a heat exchanger for oil cooling and has an oil catch tank and alloy battery box with small race style battery fitted to save weight. It is stunning looking car with Cusco graphics and sits well on the road. It has a 6 point roll cage fitted with extra strengthening in the rear seat area and door bars. The bucket seat is quite narrow, but will keep a slim person well in place. The brakes are upgraded GTr 4 pots and 2 pots on the rear It has no trouble stopping. Wheels are 16" at the moment.
